Uploading via the mobile app

When you have selected photos in the App and clicked on formats then those photo are randomly uploaded in different formats in the App. If you want to change the photo in the different formats then you can simply swipe each photo from left to right (swipe) to replace the photo in the different formats. Modify when you have already clicked 'send'.         
You can upload your photos via our mobile app or via the website.

Via the app
1. Download the “klikkie” app from the Google Play Store (Android) or App store (iOS).
2. Open the app and choose your favorite set from the shop or go to your “drafts” (below in the app) if you already have a subscription
3. Click on the month in which you want to upload photos. If you just bought a loose photo set, you can find it under “designs”.
4. Select the 10 photos
5. Place a photo in each format
6. Click on “print my photos”
7. Select or add the desired address
8. Your klikkie photos will now be forwarded to the printer and we will get to work printing and sending them out!

You can also upload your photos via our website: app.klikkie.com. Log in and get started!
Sad to hear that you're experiencing issues with the app, however, most problems can be easily resolved by yourself!

1. Log out and log back in with your email address and associated password.
2. If that does not resolve the issue, check if there is an update for the latest version of the app in the App Store/Google Play.
3. Download the latest update.
Log back in with your email address and password.
4. Go to your order and see if the issue is resolved.

We would love to hear from you if you have followed the above steps and the issue is not resolved. In order to contact us, we need the following information:

1. What device are you using?
2. Which version of the Klikkie app do you have on your phone? (Go to profile and scroll down to see which version you have. The version number starts with a "v".)
3. Could you send us screenshots/screen recordings of the issue?
4. Does the issue always occur or is it recent? Both on Wi-Fi and 4G?
Shop
When you enter the klikkie app, the “shop” opens immediately. Here you can select your favorite product which will then go into the 'shopping cart', which can be found under 'basket'

DesingsAfter completing the payment you can find the product in 'designs'! (bottom left of the app) You can find under 'in progress' the products that still need to be completed, for example open months or photo book concepts. Under the heading 'ordered' you can find the products you have ordered, you can also view old orders and re-order them.

Profile
At the very bottom right of the klikkie app you see 'profile'. Here you can find all information about the email address you are logged in with, about the subscription you have and all other personal information. You can also redeem your gift code here.Always make sure you have the latest version of the klikkie app!
Directly after completing your registration you will receive an email that you can start uploading. If you, for example, complete your registration on the 20th day of the month, then your klikkie month runs from the 20th day of one month, to the 19th day of the next month. On every 20th day of the month a new klikkie month will be opened for you to start uploading your photos in!
Have you granted the klikkie app full access to all the photos on your phone? Always double-check this in the general settings of your phone. If you've done this but still can't see all your photos in the klikkie app, it could be because access to your screenshots in your photo selections hasn't been granted. You can easily enable this by going to "Profile" in the bottom-right corner of the klikkie app. Navigate to "General Settings" and grant access to your screenshots in your photo selections. Please note, if you choose to add screenshots to your photo book, photo set, or other product, the quality is often lower.

The photos

WhatsApp automatically compresses any photos sent using the app. This means that the quality of WhatsApp photos is generally too low for us to print properly. We recommend that you use photos taken directly with your device's camera.                   
Yes, this is possible with our Family Plan! You can upload 20 photos per month.    
Haven't used your month this month? A list of unused months? No problem! You can simply use the month at any other time. Still choose your ten best photos to have them printed! Just don't wait too long: months are valid for 18 months, after that they may no longer work properly.                
When you are not happy with the quality of your photos, we'll send you a new set. Please go to the specific order in your profile, let us know that the quality is poor and we will help you as soon as possible.             

The photo service

When you upload your photos, you can pick and choose which photo you want to have in which size. Currently we have 4 sets to choose from. It'ss not possible to change the package make-up, so you can't just get 10 medium photos printed, for example.
It's our aim to make ordering your photos as quick and easy as possible. Because we're focusing on delivering the highest quality, it's not currently possible to order photos without a white border.               
What's klikkie?
klikkie prints and then delivers your favourite photos to your doormat, so that you can enjoy and relive those precious moments again and again.

Set your photos free!
Your phone's jam-packed with photos you take each and every day. Some of them are real gems. Isn't it a shame to let these go to waste? Don't let them moulder away in the digital abyss of your smartphone … print and share them with friends and loved ones!

Select your favourite shots and upload them every month!
We'll even send you a monthly reminder. Our experts check your photos and then print them to the highest standards imaginable. As soon as we've finished, we'll send your prints to you in a sturdy envelope that fits through your letterbox.

Display them or share them!
They'll be landing on your doormat every month. Create, keep and share your most memorable moments. Stick them in your album or display them on a real wall!                         
We'll send you a monthly email reminder. You'll receive one of several types of email. First of all, we'll send you an email to let you know when you can upload your new photos. And potentially, we'll send you additional emails 7, 3 and 1 day(s) before the end of your klikkie month if you still haven't uploaded any or all your photos.
The photos have the following sizes:
XL photo (15 × 20 cm | 6 × 8")
Medium photos (10 × 15 cm | 4 × 6")
Mini photos (10 × 10 cm | 4 × 4")
Photo strip with 3 × photos (5 × 15 cm | 2 × 6")                     

Emails

At the bottom of each mail, you can click on the link that allows you to unsubscribe. If you sign up for our services, you are automatically subscribed.
Reminder Emails
We'll send you a monthly email reminder. You'll receive one of several types of email. First of all, we'll send you an email to let you know when you can upload your new photos. And potentially, we'll send you additional emails 7, 3 and 1 day(s) before the end of your klikkie month if you still haven't uploaded any or all of your photos.

Marketing Emails
If you've subscribed to receive marketing emails, you'll receive emails about useful tips and tricks, as well as promotions and klikkie updates.                 

The account

At the moment, it's not possible, but we do offer our Family Plan! You can upload 20 photos per month.               
Via the website:
You can change your personal details, such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, address and password, via your klikkie profile. Click on the three lines at the top right, select 'profile' and change the desired data.

Via the mobile app:
Open the app and click on the three lines at the top right to open the menu: Click on 'my profile' to change your name, e-mail address, telephone number or password. Click on 'address' to change your primary address or to add or remove an address.Click on 'subscription' to change your payment details.
What a pity you want to cancel (or churn) your subscription, hopefully you are happy with your klikkie prints and have enjoyed your subscription!

You can cancel your subscription via app.klikkie.com by clicking on the three bars at the top. Then go to ''profile'' and the heading ''membership'', here you will see the option to cancel your subscription. If your account is cancelled, no money will be deducted or new months opened. However, your account will continue to exist this way so you can still see your old orders. You can also easily activate your subscription again if you decide you want to continue with klikkie.If you would rather delete your account altogether, this is also possible.

PLEASE NOTE: when deleting your account, all your data and photos are deleted. This means that you can no longer use any open months and that you can no longer view previous orders. Also, we will no longer be able to access your information and answer questions about previous orders or your account and subscription. Should you still wish to delete your account with this information, you can do so by clicking on the "delete my account" button on the website.
Each klikkie member has her own personal code. You can find this in your profile.

You can share the code with others. If they sign up with your code, if you have a monthly subscription you will receive the next month for free and if you have a different subscription type this extra month will be added to your prepaid account.                        
You can see this in your profile under "invite and collect". Here you can see how often your personal code has been claimed. This way you can see how many free extra months you have saved.

Payments

You can easily change your payment method through our app:

1. Open the app and click on 'profile' in the bottom right corner
2. Click here on 'my subscription'
3. Choose 'change payment method'
4. Click on 'confirm payment' and choose the desired method of payment
5. Complete the payment of €0.02.

Attention! The account number you use to make this payment will then be the new account number linked to your account.
We'll charge you within 24 hours of your signing up. For monthly subscriptions, we'll then charge your fee every month on or close to the same day of the month that you started your subscription, for as long as your plan remains active, so lets say you signed up on the 20th of the month, we'll then charge you every month on or around the 20th until your account is paused or deleted.
You can find your invoices through the invoice page.                       

klikkie products

Yes this is possible! We have a shop integrated in the mobile app or via app.klikkie.com. Here you can find the entire range.
Our Memory Box will be available soon! It will delivered throughout Europe for 4.95. Our delivery times are estimates in working days from the day you order. Due to busy times at PostNL, delivery times may sometimes vary.                        
It's optional to choose a starterset with your yearly subscription. You can find this in the shop in the app and on app.klikkie.com.                     

klikkie photobooks

Klikkie photo books are a unique way to have your best moments in one bundle! Create a beautiful collection through fun texts and the beautiful layouts available. Each photo book you create is one bundle, to which you can add multiple layouts. Easily share your photo book with friends and family or convert your project into a great physical photo book with one click!               
For a pocket book, there's a minimum of 18 pages and for Large and XL there's a minimum of 24 pages. Please note that when you add more pages to the book, the price will go up per two pages. You can read more about this in the shop in the klikkie mobile app.
The high-quality album measures 21 by 21 cm or 29 by 29 cm for XL. After completing your photo book, you can choose the cover yourself with a photo of your preference.  All this with the highest printing standard, because your most beautiful moments deserve the best quality.

Our pocket book is a 10 by 10 cm photo book with a beautiful silk matte finish. This photo book can hold as many as 80 pages and is a perfect photo book to record a weekend getaway or important event. It also makes for a perfect gift for friends and family!
A large photo book costs €24.00 as standard and contains 24 pages, and an additional €1.60 is charged for each additional two pages ordered. This allows you to order a photo book with high-quality prints, consisting of a minimum of 24 and a maximum of 298 pages. The XL book is the same, however will start at an higher price.

A pocket photo book costs €10.00 as standard and contains 18 pages, and an additional €1.50 is charged for each additional two pages ordered. Pocket photo books have a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 80 pages.Delivery costs per order are €4.95 to the Netherlands and €7.15 to Belgium.
Once we have received your digital album we will start working for you right away. There is a lot of creaftwork involved in the development of your beautiful album. The production time is 6 to 8 working days and shipping 1 to 3 working days.

Wall decor

You can find all the information under Wall Decor on the website or you can find them in the shop in the app! The delivery times for the framed prints and canvasses are around 2-4 working days. Keep in mind that there could be potential postal deliveries.                         

Delivery

We currently deliver our photo sets to all countries in the EU and UK. Only the starter set can't be delivered to the UK.                        
We send your prints in a sturdy black envelope that fits through your letterbox.
We aim to have your prints, the albums and other products on your doormat within four business days after they have been produced.
Most klikkie products (photo sets, photo gifts and photo books, except the XL book), are delivered by PostNL in the mailbox. This means that these products fit through the mailbox and you do not have to stay at home to receive the order.

We aim to have your photos, album or photo gift voucher in the post within 1-2 working days. Due to busy times at PostNL, it can sometimes take up to about 7 working days for the photo set to be delivered and up to about 9 working days for a photo book (in the Netherlands, up to 12 working days for other countries).

Have you still not received your order? Go to the relevant order in your profile, indicate that you have not received your order and a solution will be provided immediately.                

Gift service

Our gift subscriptions do not stop automatically. After the klikkie gift expires, a subscription automatically turns into a monthly cancelable subscription.

Therefore, if the recipient does not want to renew the (gift) subscription, they can pause the account for the future immediately after redeeming the gift certificate. The account is then, after the last free month is opened, automatically paused so that it does not turn into a monthly cancelable subscription.

A week before the gift period expires, we always send an email about this as well!A photo book giftcard doesn't have a subscription attached.
New user:
You can activate your klikkie gift voucher code through the following page. Enter your voucher code and select the subscription plan that you would like. Complete the registration by filling in your details and completing the payment of 0,02.

Existing user:
If you go to this page you can activate the voucher code and select the subscription plan that you would like.As you have already tried to create an account, but the payment failed, you already have an existing account. This means that once you have selected the plan that you would like you can simply log in. This option can be found underneath the 'next step' button.

When you have successfully logged in you will be redirected to your personal details page. Here you can check and / or change this information. Consequently you will be brought to the payment.
The recipient of your gift voucher can use the code for a period of 2 years after you bought it.

Orders

Our orders go into production almost immediately after the order is placed, unfortunately we cannot change or cancel anything. In some cases we can still cancel the photo-sets in time. You can do this by sending us an email to: hello@klikkie.com

We will then immediately check with you to see if we can still change or cancel it!
Returning your order is not required. Please just send us a picture of what is wrong and we're willing to help.
Want to receive something other than the monthly photo set for once? You can easily exchange your month for a discount on a photo book!

1. Go to the klikkie app
2. Click on the month you want to convert to a photo book
3. Click on “Originals Set” at the top.
4. At the top you will then see 'Photo Sets' on the left and 'Photo Books' on the right, click on 'Photo Books'
5. You can choose which photobook you'd like: Pocket Photo Book, Large Photo Book, My First Year or XL Photo Book
6. Then click continue and you can start creating your photo book!

If you change your mind afterwards, just change the size of the photo book in the checkout!
If you have not received an order confirmation, it may have ended up in your spam folder. If this is not the case, you can easily tell us yourself via our klikkie app that there is something wrong with your order.

To do this, go to “designs” in the klikkie app and at the top you can choose between “in progress” and “ordered”. Click on “ordered”. Choose the order you want to report and then press 'contact'. You can choose between a few reasons. A solution will be found immediately!
