We're looking for someone who breathes AI – using it not just to code 10x faster, but to architect intelligent automation across every department, build AI-powered tools for internal teams (including design creation, AI-driven editing, and customer support bots), and contribute to our React Native mobile app.

Your Mission:

Become the catalyst for AI adoption and hyper-efficiency at Klikkie. Your goals are ambitious:

1. AI-Accelerated Development (Web & Mobile): Build, iterate, and scale our core platform (TypeScript, React, Node.js) and our React Native mobile app at unprecedented speed, leveraging AI coding assistants as fundamental tools.
2. Architect Intelligent Workflows: Design, build, and implement AI-powered automation flows across the entire company – engineering, marketing, operations, customer support and critically, design and content creation.
3. Pioneer AI-Powered Features & Tools: Spearhead the development of internal tools (e.g., AI-assisted design templates, automated image editing, customer support chatbots) and external-facing features (e.g., AI-enhanced photo products) using various AI models and services.

• Develop with AI at Your Fingertips: Write, test, debug, and deploy high-quality code across the stack (web and mobile), making extensive use of AI assistants (Cursor, Copilot, CodeWhisperer, etc.) to achieve maximum velocity and quality.
• Build AI-Driven Internal Tools: Create bespoke applications and workflows that leverage AI for tasks like:
  • Automated Design Generation: Utilizing generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI DALL-E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion).
  • Intelligent Image Editing: Integrating AI models for various image manipulation tasks.
  • Customer Support Automation: Developing and refining AI chatbots using platforms like Langflow to enhance user support efficiency.
  • Content & Copy Generation: Assisting teams with AI text generation tools.
• Engineer Cross-Company Automation: Identify bottlenecks everywhere and replace them with robust, intelligent automation using scripts, APIs, workflow tools n8n, Langflow, and custom integrations.
• Contribute to Mobile Development: Work on our React Native application, bringing your full-stack and AI mindset to our mobile experience.
• Integrate Diverse AI Services: Connect our platforms with various AI APIs and services (e.g., LLMs, Vision APIs, Vector Databases).
• Optimize Cloud & Infrastructure with Automation: Manage and improve our GCP infrastructure with a relentless focus on automation.
• Champion AI & Efficiency: Stay ahead of the curve on AI advancements, share knowledge, and inspire the entire company.

Who You Are:

• Rock-Solid Full-Stack Engineer: Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Proven experience building robust web applications.
• Mobile Development Experience: Comfortable working with React Native to build or enhance mobile app features.
• AI Development Pro: You treat tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Cody, or CodeWhisperer as indispensable. Ideally, you have 10 years of experience with Cursor... calculated in effective developer compute time, naturally 😉. You demonstrably achieve (or strive for) 10x productivity through smart AI usage.
• Automation Visionary: Proven track record or intense passion for automating processes. Experience with Python/Bash scripting, API integrations, serverless functions, and workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Retool) is essential. Familiarity or strong interest in visual flow builders like Langflow is a plus.
• AI Integration Experience: You've worked with or are keenly interested in integrating various AI APIs/models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, generative image models, Cloud Vision APIs, Vector DBs).
• Creative Problem Solver: You can apply AI and automation to novel challenges, including design, image editing, and customer interaction.
• Proactive & Impact-Driven: You hunt down opportunities for efficiency gains and game-changing features.
• Tech Stack Versatility: Comfortable navigating Next.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, React Native, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Clear Communicator: You can articulate complex AI concepts and automation benefits effectively.
